Michael is an expert in reorganization & cost reduction with 10+ years of professional experience. He worked several years for Siemens Management Consulting, Goetzpartners and Advancy, where he led a variety of projects including transformations, restructurings, cost reductions and business process optimizations. He has a broad industry focus encompassing process-related sectors, telecommunications, high tech, automotive and electrical machinery and equipment. Michael holds a master level degree in Business Administration  from Ludwig Maximilian University, Munich and a Master level certificate in Technology Management from Technical University Munich.
