His main focus lies in the areas of turnaround & cost-down, M&A, due diligence & post-merger management, and supply chain & operations excellence. Before joining execon partners he worked several years for McKinsey and PWC/Strategy& (Management Engineers) on assignments in Europe, the Americas, Asia, and the Middle East. Lorenzo holds a degree in Business Administration from Bocconi University, Milan and a Master in International Affairs from the Institute of International Political Studies, Milan.
