Kathrin Saheb

Kathrin is an expert in lean and change management in various industries, with over 15 years of professional experience. She worked at Kienbaum Consulting, Dr. Wieselhuber & Partner, and Prolean – and at the Lean management Institute, where she carried out lean transformations at major corporations. In 2014 she published the book “Lean Administration – Step by step” (in German), where she illustrates best practices to achieve a successful roll-out of Lean. She holds a degree in Marketing and has passed the State Exam for teaching Systemic Coaching.
