execon held their first workshop on “Change management for digitalization” together with IAPAM, Haus der Technik and the company OMIKRON on 19. and 20. April 2018 in the Malerwinkel am Chiemsee. Diagnoses on opportunities and risks of digitization are not enough, we have to do something to avoid being overwhelmed by this development. How should we proactively change companies, administrations and ourselves in view of dramatically changing conditions? We want to exemplify this in the process industry. What do we have to do from a logical, psychological point of view? How are our attitudes to space, time and artificial intelligence changing? And what specific experiences can we already draw on? We want to learn from each other in the hope of coming out of this event with more precise ideas about concrete approaches.
