What it is, when it makes sense

Agile project management approaches like ‘scrum’ have been an IT-thing for a long time. Now the agile approaches develop in other areas and play for example an important role in the development of electrical cars or electronic devices.

In the chemical industry a few frontrunners have already collected experiences with agile methods. However, the majority is standing on the side-line.

Learn on this training about the opportunities of agile methods in the chemical industry, when and how to apply them – and when go for the conventional project management approach. The objective of this training is to prepare project sponsors with the required knowledge to decide on agile or conventional project management approaches.

The training is mainly build based on case examples from the chemical industry and if required also from other industries that have more experience with agile methods. The agenda leaves enough space to discuss specific cases of the participants.

With project examples from the chemical industry and from our consortium project with 20 chemical companies all participants get many ideas to apply for the ‘own’ company.

Our senior trainers can customize the training and go deeper in the topics which are most important for the training participants.
